Terms of service.
At Accolade Wedding Cars, we are always happy to tailor our services to the customer's requirements, so if you are still not sure, after reading this page, whether we cover your area, please just call.
• After verbal agreement of a booking, we will send you a booking confirmation with details of the arrangements agreed,
including the amount of deposit to be paid (generally, half of the total cost).
• Payment of the deposit will secure the booking. The deposit is refundable if you give two months’ notice of cancellation.
Depending on availability it may be possible to accommodate changes to the date or time of the occasion.
• Cheques should be made payable to ‘Tom Parncutt’ and posted to:

• The balance due should normally be paid at least one month before the occasion and unless you advise us otherwise,
we assume all arrangements are as stated in the booking confirmation we have sent you.
• In the unlikely event of mechanical failure of the vehicle we will make every attempt to substitute a similar vehicle.
If we fail to do so all monies will be returned.
• Mileage charges, waiting fees, or time restrictions do NOT apply (unless otherwise stated in the booking letter).
We do ask however, that if you require our services before 10:00 or after 18:00, you advise us of this in advance during the booking process.
• The decoration of the vehicle and attire of the chauffeur can be specified (within reason) by the customer.
Unless informed otherwise, we will assume white or ivory ribbons, silk flowers in the rear window, and chauffeur in cap and full uniform.
• The comfortable capacity of the cars is three adult passengers (plus driver of course).
It is sometimes possible to accommodate four passengers plus driver.
